the day after

Merry Christmas, today was an altogether peaceful, nice day. We opened our gifts on Christmas eve and got ready today to have people over for brunch and went out tonight to see a film. 

What am I truly excited for, new years. a full decade, it will be a fun one I have spent my holiday hours slaving away thinking of ideas for new years and making tiaras for the big night. I based my idea off of the tiara worn by Eniko Mihalik in the picture a post before. Anyways I am supposed to go shopping tomorrow morning bright and early, to tell you the truth I feel exhausted and drained from all the ecxitment of Christmas so for the next week I am just going to enjoy my holiday to its fullest because next term is going to be tough.

On a brighter note the picture above is sweet chocolate i got not to mention taken by my ultimate, amazing, CANON REBEL T1I, ughh i am still in aww, it takes beautiful pictures.

Thank god for the weekend. My weekend has unfortunetely been no so sugar coated in homework. It is not fair, it is like they don't think I have anything else to do outside of school. What ever, I congradulated myself for a job-well-done this week with blogging. For what did I congradulate myself for, I am not quite sure, but you know, what can I do? Anyways here is just stuff, stuff I like, love, want.Thank you JakandJill for the picture!

This could possibly be in my holiday future. By the way happy hanukkah. I am half Jewish so tonight was the first night of the eight. Then when I have the perfect camera I will take photos all day and night, until, I do not know what, but I will never stop.

Last but not least, look at my collage of beauty products for christmas. No, i don't actually want al of them, because I would never slather on glitter and YSL lipstick but I really really really want the benitint lip gloss, the eye lash curler, Rosebud lipgloss minted rose, the Shavata tweezers and the elizabeth Aren 8 hour cream. You know what what about it all. Doubt it.

The last weeks have been busy but I managed to squeeze in time to watch the Victoria's secret runway show 3 times. I was so fun and the music was amazing. I loved Happy by Leona Lewis.

These all speak for themselves but the animal prints from Phillip Lim, the drapped dresses from Burberry, the playfulness of Sonia Rykiel, the bike shorts from Charlotte Ronson, the cats from Miu Miu, the 'fros from Louis Vuitton, and the gingham from Joe.

 Everything was so beautiful I don't think I can even write about the beauty of these collections.

All I want for Christmas is a Burberry dress and a Phillip Lim braid.

The trip was just beautiful, I think I took around 1,000 photos, I was that excited. I think some of the most beautiful things I saw were the pillars. Everywhere you go there are these pillars with stunning carvings in them. Even every stray cat we saw was pretty. This little girl was trying to sell us some jewelry but was so happy and sweet. The beach is from the dead sea, sort of msytical and mysterious how the mountins fade into the water. well thats all for now

off to Israel, about a month ago

I should have done this post a million years ago but I have so much to do how can I remember everything, and I know I want this to be a fashion blog but I have to brin m self to post pictures from my most amazing trip. I miss it so much. I wish I was a better blogger, you know what, I will get on that. While I wait for that day here is a picture for when I really blog about it.

I scream for McQueen

I could not believe Alexander Mcqueen's shoes for spring 2010. I thoguht they were so amazing the were like someone kind of mystical creatures claw, like a crabs claws. But so much better. and lady gaga in her new music video for bad romance, of coarse she has them. I also really liked that there was a variety of them. So last night I was drawing, I never draw, and I started with bustiers then tried the mui mui shoes from the spring 2010 collection,  but then moved on to the alexander McQueen shoes.I know it is no good but I tried and had fun and tried using a scanner which was also fun.

A new start

I think it is time I do a formal intro for my blog. I went into this thinking, this will be fun and won't be too hard but you know what, it is kind of hard. You have to be in the right mood to blog and have the will to do a good job. Anways my blog is just about my life and me.  I have always really liked fashion but never been really out there. I wear jeans and a t-shirt but I want it ti go further then that. I started looking at the teen vogue snapshot blog section and I came across a couple of blogs I really liked  and for about 2 months I thought about whether I should make one and then finally I just went for it. I hope I continue to have the dedication I have now for blogging about the world of clothes and shoes. So, whoever reads this in  the future, hi and have fun!

I miss summer when I never did homework and stayed up late at night and slept the day away. Now all I do is  homework. Lucky, huh. I cannot wait until winter break!

 I think I will post my winter wishlist but also about my blog soon. So we all know whats going on.

I have recently found an interest in children's clothes and editorials. So many of them have such beautiful clothes but have such fun themes that always have bright colors and cute settings. I think my favorite children's clothes are from Phillip Lim. I wish when I was seven years old I got to wear clothes like that. When I have a child I want them to dress like that. The best is the phillip lim outfit with the bow blouse, high waisted cargo shorts and the navy cardigan + the cute girl + priceless.
